METHODOLOGY

To engage with emerging creatives from diverse global communities and offer insights into the future of the creative industry.

OBJECTIVE

We designed an online questionnaire available in English, Portuguese, and Mandarin. The survey was sent to over 500+ creatives, across 12+ disciplines, 11+ countries and 15+ cities, ages 18-33.

The survey was conducted from April 10, 2023 to May 12, 2023.

It is clear that more needs to be done to help foster the emerging creative community.

Economic challenges, new technology, the environment and social justice concerns are all among the factors that are playing a part in adding pressures on young creatives.

In fact, many may have to leave their creative work to pursue other types of employment.
